Product may be returned to LONGEVITY ACRYLICS under the following conditions:
- Product is in original, new condition – not previously installed or used as a display;
- Product has been in the customer’s possession for less than eight (8) weeks;
- Product is still available in the most current price list and is not discontinued;
- Product is in a standard color or finish;
- Product was received in error and did not represent what the customer ordered;
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
Product that is not eligible for return to LONGEVITY ACRYLICS:
- All custom products, special orders, doors, parts, and other products made to your specifications are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE 30 days after a PO is placed.
- Product that has been previously installed, drilled, permanently marked, spray-painted, or in any other way altered from its original condition.
- Product that is “weathered” or degraded due to storage outside or exposure to the elements.
- Product is defective due to negligent storage.
- Product is equipped with any accessories or options.
Prior to returning merchandise, a LONGEVITY ACRYLICS customer must complete and submit the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Request Form supplying general and specific information about the unit(s) for return. LONGEVITY ACRYLICS must then authorize and approve the return in writing by issuing an RGA number.
Only product in its original carton will be accepted back, and subject to inspection for concealed damage or freight damage. Any damage found is the responsibility of the buyer, and any freight claims are the responsibility of the returning account.
All products are subject to inspection prior to credit reimbursement, and LONGEVITY ACRYLICS reserves its right to reduce such reimbursement as follows:
- LONGEVITY ACRYLICS will apply a 50% restocking fee against the reimbursement credit for all returns for any reason other than manufacturing defect or LONGEVITY ACRYLICS error.
- A repair cost will be applied against the credit reimbursement for any repair required to bring a product back to 100% resalable condition.
- In these circumstances, the customer will be notified.
- Any unit returned via common carrier must have the freight prepaid by the customer.
- Any product returned not meeting the standard of this policy to be denied and returned to the buyer freight collect.
